1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of resumecv.pro (the "Service"), operated by Host Server SRL, a company registered in Iași, 700382, Romania ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using any part of our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Our Service is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using resumecv.pro, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Description of Service
resumecv.pro is an online platform that allows users to create, manage, and download professional resumes and cover letters, with the assistance of AI-powered content generation. The Service includes:
- A free plan that allows users to create and download resume and cover letter PDFs to evaluate the platform
- Paid credit plans that unlock additional AI-powered generation features
- An optional public profile where users can share selected personal information and a downloadable version of their resume
3. Account Registration
To access the full features of the Service, you must create an account by providing your name and a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and truthful information during registration
- Keeping your account credentials confidential
- All activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately at office@resumecv.pro if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
4. Plans and Credits
4.1 Free Plan
The free plan is available to all registered users and allows you to create and download resume and cover letter PDFs. It is intended to let you evaluate the Service before purchasing credits.
4.2 Paid Credit Plans
For access to AI-powered content generation features, users may purchase credits in the following packages:

Credits are deducted each time you use AI generation features. Credits are non-transferable, cannot be shared between accounts, and have no cash value. Unused credits expired in 2 years after payment
4.3 Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
4.4 No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to use the free plan to evaluate the Service before purchasing credits. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred under any circumstances, including unused credits remaining in your account at the time of account termination.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely for the purpose of creating professional resumes and cover letters for legitimate job application purposes.
5.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content for any purpose other than creating resumes and cover letters for job applications
- Generate content of an adult, sexual, political, religious, or otherwise inappropriate nature
- Create or submit false identities, fabricated credentials, or misleading personal information
- Spam employers or third parties with AI-generated content
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website by automated means
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Service
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable Romanian or international law
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including immediate account termination.
6. AI-Generated Content
6.1 Purpose Restriction
The AI content generation feature is provided exclusively to assist users in writing resumes and cover letters for job application purposes. Using AI generation for any other purpose is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6.2 No Guarantee of Quality or Accuracy
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or quality of any AI-generated content. The AI model produces content based on the information you provide, and results may vary. We provide tutorials and examples of AI-generated resumes and cover letters to help users get the best results, but these are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee of outcome.
6.3 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before using it. You must ensure that all information included in your resume or cover letter is accurate, truthful, and appropriate. We accept no liability for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in content that you submit or distribute.
7. Public Profile
Users may optionally create a public profile on resumecv.pro that displays selected personal information and allows visitors to download a resume in PDF format. By enabling your public profile, you:
- Consent to the selected information being publicly visible on the internet
- Take full responsibility for the content you choose to make publicly available
- Acknowledge that we are not liable for how third parties access or use your publicly shared information
You may disable or delete your public profile at any time from within your account settings.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all personal information and original content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
8.2 Our Platform
All rights to the resumecv.pro platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, are owned by Host Server SRL. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our prior written consent.
8.3 AI-Generated Output
AI-generated content produced through the Service is provided for your personal use in job applications. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute AI-generated output as a standalone product or service.
9. Account Termination
9.1 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice and without refund, if we determine that you have:
- Used AI generation features for any purpose other than creating resumes and cover letters for job applications
- Violated any provision of these Terms
- Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity through the Service
9.2 Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at office@resumecv.pro. Upon account deletion, your personal data and stored documents will be removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We provide the Service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations
- We are not liable for any outcome resulting from the use of AI-generated resumes or cover letters, including but not limited to rejection by an employer, failure to secure employment, or any loss of opportunity
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Host Server SRL, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Any content you submit, generate, or publish through the Service
- Any infringement of third-party rights caused by your actions on the platform
12. Changes to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
